A deposit of £200 sterling per apartment per week is required. And all ferry crossing payments are required at the time of booking.

Full payment is due immediately if less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The full balance must be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival date. If not paid, we reserve the right to consider the booking as cancelled.

Your holiday is booked when we confirm it as such and your booking form and deposit have been received.

Once your booking has been confirmed, any alterations you make will be charged at £20 to cover administration costs, unless the alterations involve additional bookings.

Cancellations must be received in writing. In all cases the deposit and insurance premium will be forfeited.

The following charges apply should cancellation be within 8 weeks of the arrival date:

42 - 55 days - 60% of the total cost
29 - 41 days - 70% of the total cost
22 - 28 days - 90% of the total cost
0 - 21 days - 100% of the total cost

Any special requests must be advised at the time of  booking & clearly noted on the booking form. Whilst we will endeavour to meet any reasonable special requests whenever possible, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.

It is essential that you purchase Travel Insurance cover or other adequate insurance to cover all travel and activities undertaken during your stay with us.

Whilst we endevour to ensure the health and safety of our clients at all times, we do not accept responsibility for illness, injury or death caused to any client.

We expect clients to leave apartments in a reasonable and clean condition. We reserve the right to recover the cost of any damages caused by a client, or additional cleaning costs from the client, before departure. By booking with us all clients undertake to behave in such a manner as to cause no damage, danger or annoyance to other guests, property or third party. Should this clause be breached by any client, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without any further obligation on our part.
