Before we set up Alpine High Limited in 1997, we ourselves were customers just like you. We were consistently disappointed with the standard and service offered by the ski industry mass market. We knew what we wanted in a ski holiday and recognised the shortcomings of many of the holidays on offer. To experience the business from the other side, we worked for a number of leading operators for several years and this opened our eyes even further! Without our clients, we would have no business. We will do everything possible to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay. We must be doing something right since our present clientele is mostly repeat business or by "word-of-mouth".  To comply with EEC Package Travel Regulations, we have secured financial protection for your holiday in the unlikely event of liquidation, by opening a trust account into which monies paid in advance for your holiday are held by a trustee until completion of your holiday. We also can take Credit and Charge cards through Barclays Merchant Services thus offering you additional security. Alpine High Limited does not require an ATOL/ABTA licence as we do not buy or sell flight seats. Most importantly of all we live here in Chamonix all year round, so we really know the area, we don't just rent a chalet or an apartment for the season like most Tour Companies do.
